Job Responsibilities

  • Perform development, maintenance and support of Hospital Information system [HIS] developed under Power Builder 9 / Oracle 12C environments
  • Provide Level 3 support for HIS application which covers all departments of hospital, OP, CERF, dental, emergency, ADT, Diet, home health, Lab, assessment, material management, MRD, PPM, Staff security, TQM, Customer Care, Dictation, Post Discharge, patient Kiosk, Mat management, pharmacy, Inventory, order entry, Medical imaging, emergency, Food service, Post Discharge, Free scheduling IV Clinc / Cardiopulmonary, Dialysis, Pulmonary, Rehabilation & Wellness etc, Blood bank etc modules
  • Interface with Hospital stake holders like Analysts, Dr[s], Nurses in understanding the HIS Application requirements, document the requirements and communicate to development team for implementation into Hospital Information System
  • Addressing of defects in the existing system
  • Deliver timely and trust worthy support
  • Prioritise problems with multilevel escalation
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Address any queries coming on Hospital information

Job Skills / Required Skills

  • Hands on experience on working in commercial applications under Power Builder / Oracle Database environment.
  • Hands on exp in usage of PFC in providing technical solutions
  • Ability to diagnose the issues and provide right solutions
  • Provided technical support for minimum three applications which are in production where operations are 24*7
  • Functional knowledge of Hospital Information systems
  • Functional knowledge of Business Process flows, Functional flows related to Healthcare / Hospital systems
  • Fully familiar with medical terminology
  • Hands on Analytical skills
  • Hands on Application Testing skills

Qualification : BE/ B Tech/MCA / MSC

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Power Builder resources who does development, maintenance and support of Hospital Information system [HIS] developed under Power Builder 9 / Oracle 12C environments
